New features that are common to BikeCAD and BikeCAD Pro include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to change any colour on the bike including tires, rims, saddle, handlebars and stem<\/li>\n<li>Two new paint schemes to highlight lugs<\/li>\n<li>New XML file structure<\/li>\n<li>A notes section to record customer info and additional comments about the design<\/li>\n<li>Bullhorn handlebar option<\/li>\n<li>Aerobars can be used in combination with any handlebar<\/li>\n<li>Choose between traditional aerobars and\u00a0S-bend style aerobars<\/li>\n<li>Control pedal dimensions<\/li>\n<li>Individually control the <a href=\"\/CAD\/offset_dimensions.php\" title=\"placement of dimensions\">placement of dimensions<\/a> on the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Improved dimension style (New arrows. Text size is infinitely adjustable)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/CAD\/bcad_open_dialog.php\" title=\"Selectively read in\">Selectively read in<\/a> elements from BCAD files.<\/li>\n<li>Decal display is no longer tied to paint schemes. \u00a0Decals can be displayed on any of the three main frame tubes through simple checkboxes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New features that are available in BikeCAD Pro include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new <a href=\"\/CAD\/customizing_bikeCAD.php\" title=\"customization\">customization<\/a> dialog box (the bikecad.properties file is now obsolete)<\/li>\n<li>The option to <a href=\"\/CAD\/customizing_bikeCAD_components.php\" title=\"edit the library\">edit the library<\/a> of standard forks and wheels<\/li>\n<li>New <a href=\"\/CAD\/customizing_fit_advisor.php\" title=\"customization interface\">customization interface<\/a> for\u00a0the Fit advisor<\/li>\n<li>The Fit advisor can now recommend values for handlebar drop<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/CAD\/user_dimensions.php\" title=\"User defined dimensions\">User defined dimensions<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/CAD\/titleblock_dialog.php\" title=\"Title block\">Title block<\/a> display<\/li>\n<li>Improved PDF export (Sample <a href=\"\/CAD\/SamplePDF1_4.pdf\" title=\"PDF with dimensions\">PDF with dimensions<\/a>, Sample <a href=\"\/CAD\/SamplePDF1_1.pdf\" title=\"PDF with rider\">PDF with rider<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BikeCAD 5.01 is now available.
